Spondylolisthesis
Spondylolisthesis is a condition in which a vertebra slips forward out of place. It typically occurs at the bottom of the spine, in the lumbar area. It is classified into one of 6 types: congenital, isthmic, degenerative, traumatic, post-surgical or pathological. The condition is also graded based on the severity of the slip forward. Spondylolisthesis may or may not result in instability of the spine.
