Joint & Muscle Pain

Joint pain happens to individual joints or many joints. It can be painful and result from inflammation of the bone, muscles, cartilage, ligaments and/or tendons. Mild joint pain can be sore after certain activities, and severe pain can limit weight bearing or motion activities. Muscle pain can occur to individual muscles or be systemic, involving all the muscles of the body. The common causes of muscle pain are generally tension, stress, overuse or minor injuries.
